tried out the quad tone rip for B&W on my epson 4000

NICE!
neutral!

baffling why Epson can't do it themselves (grumble gripe stewed beef)

AAAAAnyway,

HAS ANYONE FIGURED OUT HOW TO GET IT TO PRINT FULL WIDTH SIXTEEN INCH?
the RIP insists on leaving useless 3 mm borders

FYI the colorburst RIP can't print full width without massive workarounds either, white borders and changing image size and such palaver

Jom,

Have you tried setting the paper width to 16.25"? That might fool it sufficiently. Or it might still give you a 3mm border on one side and crop 3mm off the image on the other side. As you can see, I haven't tried it, but I love QTR on my 2200. But I don't mind borders, as I'm not trying to make really big prints.
