This might be a good program to review for Luminous-Landscape. It overlaps Convert To B&W Pro in some of its functionality as well.
Yes, I've played with it a bit and it seems to be quite nice. Some of the simulated films also simulate the film grain as well, but the cool thing is you can actually dial out that grain. So, for instance you can get the look of pushed Tri-X 400 without the grain if you like.
