I'm going to greec next week, staying in athen and i'm planning to visit meteora, any other interesting locations near athen worth considering?

I just got back from a two week visit with family, mostly in Athens, but did get the chance to get away to Nafplio in the Peloponnese for 3 days. It's about 150km east of Athens.

It was wonderful and a lot of photo opportunities. If you base yourself in Nafplio you can go to Corinth, Mycenae and Epidavros.
