I have a canon 35f/2 lens that i bought new from b&h about 8 months ago. today i noticed both the autofocus and manual focus don't work. i also noticed how bad i am filing documents, as i can't locate my invoice.
my question is this: how much does it cost to ship to canon and have fixed (assuming it's fixable). I spent ~$200 on it. has anybody dealt with the same problem? any advice is welcome...

Can you log in to B+H and get another copy of the sales receipt?

Forgot i could do that...
However, my record keeping skills are on top of my brainfarts. after looking at my order history, i realized this is the lens i bought off ebay. it was new with warranty, but not from a canon dealer. can i still get canon to fix it free? if not, any estimates?
