What is the crop factor for the digital back, if any?

Thanks,

Larry

1.5x
e.g. 50mm lens translates into 75mm perspective; 80mm lens translates into 120mm perspective.

P20 sensor is 37mm x 37mm physical size. Live area of 6x6 camera is approximately 55mm x 55mm.

used to have that kit...wonderful...great camera, great back...amazing lenses...if you are used to looking trough the finder (meaning if you have a rollei system) it might be hard to give up the full coverage....but the finder image you get is still much bigger and brighter then any DSLR....
as far as the lenses go: i always thought about them in terms of slightly shorter 35mm lenses (since i usually cropped 3:4)...so the 80mm becomes a 70-75mm (35mm) lens....
only real drawback: no real wide angle lens....the 40mm becomes a 35mm (in 35mm terms)....
hope this makes sense....

thanks.

I agree, all lens become "longer" with the digital back...but using that 800mm for portrait will be a charm...

Will post some pics when the kit comes to my door.
