Maybe it is me, but it is not clear how to get to the Lightroom Tutorial download page as a paid customer (I already have Module 1 - Introduction). I finally did it, but the navigation is not obvious.

From the STORE:
HOME > My Account > History > View Order Information - Order No. xxxx..

After login on the LL store, click on My Account, then a list of the articles you've purchased is displayed. Then click on the green View button of the Lightroom tutorial you ordered, it's on the far right of the page. This should give you a page with all the available downloads.

I still can't get to the download site for paid customer.I don't see the"my account" link on the homepage or the store home page .I tried to contact service by phone at 905-547-5066 but only get an answering machine. VERY disappointed with service and layout on this site. Hope MR addresses his customer's problems before posting another penguin picture

Be sure to be logged in the store, then look at the top left for my account (see in screenshot below).

Q: How do I find the new files when they are posted?

A: Simply log in at the store.
Then follow this path:
Log In / MyAccount / PreviousOrders - View / Download Now
