If it's not too much trouble wanting to see some images from a Contax 645 & Hartblei 45mm T&S setup. Anybody using the Hartblei for food shots, does it close focusing enough? Also, how does it work for creative portraits and fashion?

By an accident, I came across some Hartblei 45mm Superrotator T&S images on this site. Perhaps, while waiting for others to reply, you could do your own search and try.
You could say, it is very creative & adequate lens for everything but architecture. However, looking at your website I don't think it will bother your line of interest and it's not very expensive. It is inspiring /creative lens, so you may like it a lot actually.
I am sure you know Zeiss is working on their Hartblei T&S versions with different focal lengths, sadly only for 35mm format.

While I've no experience with the 45mm Super-Rotator, I'd been curious about it, too.
The specs at www.hartblei.com show a close flocus of 0.35m, or about 14 inches, and a horizonal field-of-view of 83 degress, which would be about 64 degrees on a P30. So, at minimum distance, an average dinner plate would fill or slighty exceed the long dimension of your frame.
Hartblei are pretty candid with their resolution test results, which indicate the need to stop down to f16 for decent sharpness at the center, becoming passable 8mm out and marginal 19mm out.
Some sample images that people have posted show considerable fringing. But I haven't seen enough samples, let alone from enough photographers nor under enough conditions, to draw any honest conclusion.

The Zeiss lenses are for 35mm only?! I'd LOVE to have a Zeiss TS 80 for my Mamiya 645.
