Does anyone have any experience using ebay for a "new" Contax 645?
The seller is from Hong Kong.

If the price sounds ok and they've got good feedback, then it could be ok.

Thanks, I looking for someone who has bought from them, I know ebay has had
problems with fake ads regardless of feedbacks.

Do you know anyone in HK? They could pick it up and inspect it before paying cash.

I bought a whole new Contax 645 outfit 2 years ago, camera and five lenses when i was in Hong Kong and saved a fortune on UK prices, but the HK prices have risen steeply in last 2 years. I know when i last enquired about shipping something the price was not worth considering, however i would trust most of the HK sellers especially if they are big e-bay players and would contact them in advance to have a chat.
