I am considering purchasing the H3D 39megapixel and need to know if I can use the digital back on my Sinar 5x4, Mamiya RZ 67 Pro II and on my microscope. Does anyone know if there are adaptors for these three items? Does anyone have first hand experience using the H3D back on other cameras? smile.gif

you want to post this in the MF group

I think you can use the 'MS' backs on an LF camera dont know about the H3D

H1 fitting backs can go on sinars and RZs with the right plates but I dont know about triggering the H3D

H3D backs works with the adapter plate already developed for earlier Hasselblad/Imacon backs but then it needs to be powered by the HDD or tethered to a computer since the H3D backs rely on power from camera. For example, you can attach the H3D back on an Alpa or other LF cameras with the H mount converter plate but you need to power the back using comuter (tethered) or the portable HDD (from Hasselblad).
