I upgraded CS3 to 10.0,1 on my Mac Pro but when I opened Colorsync to check on the profiles, I noticed that several appear damaged or something wrong when I click "verify". When I then click "fix", here is the result

Does anyone know how I can replace these with profiles that are OK? I only have the Epson scanner (3200) and he Epson 3800 printer so don't think I need the others. Would I need to re-install the drivers? Printing under CS3 and Lightroom appear to work OK so far.

Now I have a problem with Lightroom 1.3. Since I upgraded to Leopard and then to Lightroom 1.3, now all my prints are much lighter than on screen. Nothing I do seems to help. I have deleted and then reloaded my Epson 3800 driver, recalibrated by screen to create a new display driver profile and rechecked all my settings in Lightroom, ie: using the Pro38 profile for the correct paper, no color adjustment in the print settings, etc. But prints are all coming out light. Everything in Lightroom 1.2 was great so I have to think there is something wrong with the upgrade.

Unless you have the 3800 6.11 updated driver (currently available only from Epson UK website) you will not be able to print from Lightroom in Leopard, correctly. In fact, the Epson UK site has updated Leopard drivers for the 3800, 4800, 7800 and 9800 printers. Currently, Epson US hasn't posted them yet, but the drivers are the same and they work on US printers...

Jeff, loads of thanks. But, it makes me wonder why this problem isn't better documented and communicated to us users by Adobe and Epson. Thank God for the insiders like yourself on this forum.

As an aside, I assume then that the "problems" with my profiles are not the determining factor here.
Cheers,
Jeff
