I do not get a menu when I right click on user preset. What am I doing wrong?

You may add your own Develop presets by clicking the plus sign (+) in the Presets
panel.
If you download Presets (for example from internet) they must be put in following
folder: C:\Documents and settings\Username\Application data\Adobe\Lightroom\
Develop Presets\User Presets.
