LR has some interesting different grid layouts from within the develop/crop tool. But the're tough to see - is there an option to customize the appearance of the grid lines? (within crop, hit O (oh, not zero) to see the options)

Thanks.

I thought that I recently saw this in one of the mag's I get. I think it was in the last issue of PhotoshopUser.

That's very cool. I hadn't seen that before.

Sorry, I can't help you customize them.

I found that option quite some time ago trying to turn off the default "thirds" layout. Pleasantly surprised to find golden ratio as a choice.

I have been a user of the golden ratio instead of rule of thirds most of the time since my college days.

I couldn't find a way to change how well they showed up either.

Since we're talking about grids, is there anyway (without creating it by hand) to actually *print* a grid on top of the photo, in any common software that anybody knows about?

From what I can tell you are just supposed to sense that it is there.
