I have a Mark III with Lens Focus Micro-Adjustment functionality.

how do I test and measure the adjustment required for each of my lenses? I do a lot of photography where the DoF is only millimetres deep so perfect focus (wysiwyg) is an absolute necessity.

In case it comes up, my Mark III has already had the sub-mirror fix, and is running firmware 1.1.3
