I have some cartridges in an Epson 7800 that have expiration dates of October 2007. Prints still look good. I am getting ready to make some important prints and wonder if there is anything that really expires in these cartridges... is this a sell by or use by date?

I've been told that you can use the inks past the expiration date, and I just started using one that is at least two years out of date, and it's fine. You just have to give them a good shake before opening the package and installing.
