Hello. Only want to know if one can send two proposals for the grant and if are there some special restrictions or advice for foreigns applications. Whatever advice, link or example someone can give about how to put the use of the money will be very appreciated. This is the first time I will try to applicate to a grant. Thank you

There are no restrictions on foreign applications. What needs to be written is simply spelled out. No tricks, no hidden clauses.
