I recently purchased a Hasselblad and this needs to go.
It's a Zoerk EOS-Pentax 645 PSA adaptor + tripod foot. This device allows you to mount pentax 645 glass on an EOS mount, and perform rear standard shift with your body. This means you can either get stitching with no parallax, or 20+mm of shift.

I am also selling the Pentax FA 35mm 645 lens, which is the ideal companion for the Zoerk. Very very sharp, and the edges hold up well in large shifts.
Finally, a RRS generic L plate, which you will need in order to switch between vertical and horizontal compositions.
All items were purchased about a year ago, new, by me. I still have the box for the pentax lens, which also includes a hood and soft case. Lens is totally clean. Some images to follow.
Looking for $1400 for the whole package. Also available separately for sale is more Pentax 645 glass, all manual focus. A 55/3.5, a 120 macro (sharp sharp sharp), and a 150/3.5.
