Is it ok to attach the application as a PDF file? Or just attach the images and have the text in the body of the e-mail?

the rules made it very clear that, as they are written, they're the *only* rules.

They don't make an effort to say what form the email application should take, or how the jpgs are sent other than submitted files or linked as a gallery.

this makes me believe that a simple email in which the text is the application, and the files are attatched, is all that's needed.

no need to overcomplicate things when it's not stated that we have to, right?

There is a general rule in law that what is not forbidden is allowed.
