This is not an entirely true statement

You can fire the H1* without a lens attached - if you change settings deep in the menu

My personal experiments lead me to belieive you can get shutter speeds longer than around 1/60th using the rear shutter built into the body - how accurate and evenly exposed across the frame I couldnt say

This opens the possibility for attaching 3rd party lenses maybe even with a rise/fall facility

Space for an adapter woulld mean that those lenses would probably need to originate from a 66 or 67 camera not a 645 camera if infinity focus were to be acheived so the widest woud probably be 40mm rollei lens

no such adapter currently in manufactured however

An there is a possiblility it couldnt be manufatcured for legal/patent reasons
