Can anyone suggest a book on shooting and postprocessing BW with a digital SLR? It would also be nice if the book discussed some creative aspects, such as how to visualize, compose for BW, as well as how to spot good potential BW images among color ones not originally intended as BW. Thanks.

Would the book be applicable to PS CS2 or is it more suitable for PS CS2? TIA

The book uses CS3. It is indeed outstanding, but note that it covers a lot of ground.
