Here in Ukraine we are having a major Photo Fair and the prices for new Mamiya from the official dealer are:

new Mamiya AFD III body - EUR 4500 = almost 7000 USD
new Phase One 645 body (Value Added) - EUR 6990 = more than 10 000 USD

(80mm lens not included)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but from the reviews that I'm reading here there is little evidence the upgrade from AFD II to AFD III is really worth that many grands.
