Hi,

I was wondering if anyone might know how and where I go in CS3 or ACR 4.4.1 to get my ACR to display the left-handed display panel like the one shown in the screen capture? sad.gif

I have looked all over in ACR/Bridge/CS3 and for the life of me I can't suss out where or how to change it. mad.gif

Thanks

Are you meaning with the 2 files open? If so, so cntrl/click on the photos you want to have in that column (whatever the Mac equivalent is) and it will open those images together in that column and you can sync whatever settings you choose between all the pics. Hope that is what you are referring to.

Just checked it out--been awhile since I used ACR (use LR mostly), but that's the method--then you can sync WB and/or everything else, etc.--you correct one pic (or whatever) and then select both and click on sync and choose what you wish to be synced.

In addition to Ctrl+Click, you can also click on the first in a sequence and then Shift+Click on the last in a sequence to open the entire sequence, or you can drag a selection rectangle around the images you wont to open.

Once you have multiple images open in ACR, you can either edit one and then use the Sync button, or you can select multiple images (same as you did from bridge), and directly edit them all at once. You have to be a little careful with this approach though, if the shots have different values for some settings and you're just wanting to update some of the settings. If some of the images selected have different values for a setting it will show as blank, but as soon as yo click on that setting all images will get the value of the 'focused' image (ie the one that's on display in the preview and has a bold selection rectangle around it in the list).

Never mind.
