Can anyone tell me what's to be expected in terms of procedure-customs-duty-etc. when a US buyer purchases a used lens from a Canadian seller?

Thx for any info,

Its simple have seller ship only air mail to you, if they use UPS or Fedex the is a extra fee : since I have do it both ways have yet to have problems:

I was wondering if it has to go through customs & if there's a duty to pay?

There's no duty, taxes, or other customs fees collected if the goods are shipped by mail.

UPS and FedEx will charge you duty and brokerage fees, in addition to being much more expensive than the postal service.
