Hey guys,

sometimes i shot a bit of bw 645 material, i like the look of it.
sadly my scanner is a piece of junk! so i'm currently looking for a new one.

mainly i shoot kb, mf digital, so buying an imacon oder nikon 9000 would be to much for the few images i take on film.

but anyway the v700 looks quite nice and doesn't cost too much.
i'm not sure if the quality and resolution of the v700 is to limited for 645 bw film.

maybe some v700 user can post or mail me a fullresolution scan of a 645???
would be awesome, THX!!!

Just to go to flikr.com and search for Epson V700 645 (or V750):

http://www.flickr.com/search/?w=all&q=Epson+V700+645&m=text

You will find lots of images. Some by people who know how to get the most out of the scanner and some that do_not! Keep that in perspective.

Take a look at this site -

I purchased a V700 last year and have been extremely pleased with it. Most of my scanning is with very old slides (20 years in most cases) and the scanner has performed exemplary. So much in fact that I've now purchased a Hassie 500CM film camera!

Sorry I can't send you a full sized image - I just don't have the upload speed here in Thailand but hope the attached gives an indication
