Yesterday I heard from my dealer that Mamiya is delaying production of the much anticipated 45-90 mm AF zoom lens. He had a communication directly from Mamiya which he read to me, so this isn't hearsay.
Apparently they have encountered difficulties in manufacturing the aspheric element. No new date of production was given.

Their 28 mm wide lens was also delayed very significantly at the time.
