I know this is covered in the manual somewhere but I can't seem to find the specific explanation. I'm upgrading from LR 4.1 to 2, and before I do so I want to take the occasion to combine my various LR libraries - I currently have several and I want to merge these into likely one large one.
What is the procedure to do this?

You'll have to convert each catalogue from Lightroom 1.x to 2 - Lightroom will do this automatically when you open the catalogue in LR2 - and then you can import the others into one. Alternately you could combine them first and then convert the entire thing...
