? I don't have any problem with P45 and autopanopro.
Just convert the files in Tiff in PS and it work.

no if I convert into TIFF (with Camera RAW or LightRoom 2) I am getting only the red Channel, the pano is perfect but totally red, blue and green channels are totally black

Can you convert those files to DNG? If not process to tiffs then use either Photoshop, or

use Autopanopro, or

PTGUI.

I use all 3 apps as some engines and algorithms seem to work better for some files.

Interestingly Lightroom 2 now offers the option of working raw as DNGs into photoshop for the stitch then back into LR for more non-destructive, raw editing.

Cheers

if I convert them into DNG I get exactly the contrary : a perfect pano but with green and Blue channels only, the red Channel is totally black

Erick,

I recommend posting this as a bug to Autopano forum, along with uploading sample files.

the TIFF must be :
Pixel Order Interleaved (RGBRGB) and not Per Channel

now it works for tiff file but DNG from Phase One are not working

thanks
