I probably looked right at it - have looked at specs and various pages - the 20D shoots 5 fps, 23 frame buffer in JPEG: what is the fps and buffer size for RAW?
Just to confirm - the 20D VF mag is .9x...?! (typical of a cropped DSLR?)
Can someone describe how loud the 20D shutter is vs a 1V?
I sometimes shoot w/slide film in the ISO 400 - 1000 range (outdoor overcast sports / Fuji Sensia/Provia 400F pushed 1 to 1 1/3 stops). The 1Ds (and now the 1Ds Mk II), maybe not theoretically(??) match, by most/all reports indeed meets or exceeds MF film quality. Can someone comment on 20D or 1D Mk II image quality, vs slide film, in the ISO 400 - 1000 speed range? Color, contrast, resolution, etc
