Hey All,
I'm tethering my new 5DMKII into LR. But it takes like 6 seconds for the images(RAW) to start showing up.
Anyway to speed that up??

Thanks in advance.

You can try this. Not sure how much support is still around or if he is still developing it. It works way faster than anything else on the cameras that it actually works on. Seems most people have been very satisfied with it.

thanks. I download it, installed it, and ran it. But me camera won't shoot. It's giving me a "busy" signal on camera.
Can anyone help?

Me too, what's up?

Turning the camera on triggers the EOS Utility and a file transfer menu on the camera back - maybe this is getting in the way.

Somewhere around the 30D timeframe Canon changed it's communication protocol and the Apple SDK doesn't cover these newer cameras. Rich (the developer) is working on trying to get it going via the Canon SDK, but as he's a Nikon shooter, testing is tough for him.. I've done some for him, but he really needs a Canon camera to get it going.
