Just downloaded the trial version of Aperture, and I'm happy with the way my Macbook is handling it. However, the star ratings I applied in LR/CS4 have disappeared. Is there a way of reading them into Aperture?
If not then I'm sticking with LR on mac, as I don't want to re-rate 17,000 images.

all adjustments, settings (side car files) are not compatible between aperture and LR....but i believe there is a metadata exchange plug-in on the apple aperture site...that might work....
