Your article reminded me of a friend who specialised in mountain photography, or more specifically photographing other people climbing high mountains. His stills and movies captured the challenges of climbing but what viewers often forgot was that he had to climb ahead of the intrepid mountaineers. He enjoyed telling that he had climbed Everest sixteen times . . . backwards!
