Agreed but I would like it even more when it would be wireless. A 1200x900 jpg preview would be just fine. The actual Raw file can be written to CF.

A hard drive with a screen, a few buttons and a card slot for as much as 800 bucks?

I would even give up to 1000 € immediately for that rumored Apple tablet/jumbo Itouch, if
P1 and friends let me use it for focussing (with a C1 lite software) with a view camera on location (the camera would need to write in camera jpg's for this).
