Alpa yesterday released their new lens correction software. A nice idea however I'd rarely need it except for the 23HR. The Schneiders are so good already. Maybe one out of a hundred might need an adjustment.

Sounds very interesting indeed. Even more so if that one shot out of hundred is the one.... wink.gif

I have used it for a couple of weeks now - in short: it works!

used PT-lens before, now I only use the Alpa LC - it's way easier to use, as soon as movement is involved.

to make things simple on location, I have made small cards with big numbers on, kept together with a key-ring, that I include in an exposure for remembering the amount of shift - I hold the card in the direction of the shift.
