I think #1 is my favorite too.
The afternoon light has always been amazing in San Francisco. I like the composition of the 1st photo the most. Would be interesting to see the first photo shot with the camera on a tripod and the ISO set to 100 and aperture set to F11. I'm sure it would be beautiful as well

I really wish I could have done that, but unfortunately I was on a ferryboat moving at 30 knots.
