There's also something in Chasseur Dimage about a D2H.
It seems almost that no-one in the entire English speaking photographic world can read French, since most of the discussions of that Cd'I article are based on horrible machine translations, and a lot of the discussion flatly contradicts what is actually said.
I cannot read much French either, but I think that I can extract a couple of the main claims of Cd'I:
* The main announcement will be a replacement of the D1H; a sports photography machine with about 4MP, 7fps, very brief shutter lag/blackout, and some wireless (WiFi, not Bluetooth) technology for off-loading photos. Also, it will use the same "DX" sensor size and the existing Nikon lens mount [contrary to some rather silly speculations]. It will be available to some photographers at the forthcoming world athletics championships.
* A possible successor to the D100 will also be announced, but not available till early 2004.
* Probably, one or more additional DX lenses will be announced, including possibly a 9mm f/2.8 ?!
