Full Version: Windows OneCare as backup option?

Hi Folks,
I'd appreciate any help or information regarding the use of Windows OneCare as an option for backing up digital image files. I have used various solutions over the years including Archive Creator and Picasa, and have backed up to either CD's or more recently to an external hard drive. I recently came across Windows Onecare which seems deceptively easy to use. Has anyone any experience on using this back up option?
Any thoughts or comments would be appreciated
Regards

Do you know what that will cost when it is out of beta?

And if anyone has an external drive they backup to Microsoft's SyncToy is pretty nice ...

I'm a little concerned that SyncToy may have synced about 60G of images to /dev/nul.

I think I'm going back to NTI Backup.

Take a look at MirrorFolder. I've had it running for about 9 months with no problems. It costs $39 but the peace of mind is well worth it.
