now that i'm shooting digital, i've got a few questions around filter usage.
I'm still going to be using my ND Grads - at some point i probably will look at combining images (where there is no clear solid transition), but i prefer to do little post processing.

My question is around filters like polarizers or enhancers. will WB settings negate the effect of these filters (for now i'm shooting RAW with the flash card, and JPEG with the backup SD cards). Are these filters still effective, or is it better to make adjustments in photoshop???

The only filters I still carry are straight ND (not grads), polarizers, and starburst. Photoshop has rendered everything else obsolete, particularly colour adjustment filters and ND grads.

The color enhancing filters will be useless. On the other hand, polarizers are very useful.
