Bill Sharpsteen is a writer/photographer living in the Los Angeles area. His latest book, Canyon Deep, covers the joys of canyoneering through text and photographs. It’s available as an e-book through Amazon e-books, or as a hard cover, available through the author. His journalist ventures have resulted in two books, The Docks, about the Port of Los Angeles, and Dirty Water: One Man’s Fight to Clean Up One of the World’s Most Polluted Bays. He’s also written dozens of articles for such publications as Los Angeles Times Magazine, Los Angeles Magazine and Washington Post.
