Tom and Marj Green

Tom & Marj Green are fine art black & white photographers from Los Altos Hills, California. Their photographs reflect urban, industrial, and rural works of man. They find beauty and design in common objects and capture how they work with light and shadow to evoke a mood or story. Their images show a masterful attention to detail, tonality, and composition to create their own unique style. Subjects and scenes range from present day to a decayed world of 50 or 100 years ago. These scenes can be abandoned factories, ghost towns, derelict buildings, or decaying cars and boats. Tom shoots with a digital camera that has been converted to infrared, while Marj shoots in color and processes the images into black and white. Many of their images have won placement in juried photography shows, as well as publication in international photo magazines. Their website is www.tomandmarj.com
