Holiday Gift Store FAQ
My coupon doesn’t work!
If you are having difficulty with the coupon code and the Store does not appear to recognise it, there could be a couple of reasons
1. Check the product you are buying.Do notbuy the product from theHoliday Gift Store– that only provides the coupon code that you have received already!
Buy the product from theBest Sellerspage or the product specific page. Use the Category links on the left of theMain Storepage.2. If you are copying and pasting the coupon code, try manually entering it. Sometimes a stray carriage return or space character can sneak in there and mess things up.
3. If you have tried everything and are stumped, pleasecontact us by email
My downloads don’t work!
If you are having difficulty with your downloads, please checkour regular FAQ. The files are quite large >500 MB, so you need a fast ISP or lots of patience!
