White House Ruin was immortalized by Ansel Adams in his famous photograph of it. The ruin is best photographed in March or September.
The light in late afternoon when the sun is at it’s Spring or Autumnal equinox will hit the ruins at an angle which provides excellent visual definition to it’s intricacies.
TIMES
Mid to late afternoon works the best on a typical desert sunny day.
