Just a month ago, the world was normal, and I was in Antarctica with 28 clients, Art Wolfe and Michael Durr. We were on a photography workshop expedition aboard the Antarctica21, Magellan Explorer. The Explorer is a brand new ship and was on its 15th voyage. We were witness to some fantastic sites.
Our first video will start out as we spend a few days in Punta Arenas, Chile. This is the city we departed from. While there, we visited the Cemetery of Punta Arenas Sara Braun. This is one of the top five beautiful cemeteries in the world. The video will explore Punta Arenas and the cemetery.
We are then off to Antarctica. We will fly over the Drake Passage and land at King George Island, where we board the Magellan Explorer. From there, we explore Antarctica and share with you the voyage.
On our return to Chile, Michael and I visited Valparaiso, Chile. This is a large coastal city built on several hillsides. It is also famous for its street art – or as we may like to call it, graffiti. Join Michael and me as we explore Valparaiso and all the incredible art in the city.
