A two car garage leading directly into the house is a great winter feature. The snow is cleared on a reliable and regular basis and is included in the rental fee.
Casa Vista is available from Dec 1 to April 1, 2012. The rental fee is $15,000 for the season. This includes all services: heat, hydro, snow removal, Internet and Satellite service.
