Our last article of last year was by Colin Prior. He is like the rest of us, a landscape photographer at heart.Colin is from Scotland, a true land of beauty for any photographer. He has done some wonderful photography of The Karakoram, Ice Mountains Of Pakistan.
He also spends a lot of time photographing his homeland, Scotland. In this video conversation we hear about Colin’s life experiences and how he made photography a career. You’ll learn of his camera choices and how he developed his landscape look.
I have included a number of Colin’s images below and after the video.I think you will find many of them quite inspirational.

Photography is my passion and has been for 45 plus years. My career in photography has allowed me to travel the world, meet some of the most interesting people on the planet and see things I could never have dreamed of. My goal is to share the passion of pictures taking through photographs and teaching with as many people as I can hoping it brings them as much joy and happiness as it has me. I do this through Rockhopper Workshops and other projects as well as teaching at my Gallery in Indianapolis.
