In the southeast corner of Washington state lies one of the most fascinating landscapes in the continental US. It's calledThe Palouse. It's not a national park, not does it have any clearly defined borders. It’s a region of rolling hills, big open skies and fields of wheat and other crops that stretch past the horizon.
From August 24 – 29, 2011, Phase One will be conducting a photographic workshop in the Palouse. Here is an opportunity to shoot with world famous photographerArt Wolfe andLuminous LandscapepublisherMichael Reichmannfor five days in a most remarkable location. We will be visiting the Palouse at harvest time where golden fields of wheat will contrast beautifully with big open skies and puffy clouds.
