Photography Has The Power To Change The Mundane Into The Magnificent

A conversation with professional photographer Peter Watson of the U.K.

How did you get your start as a photographer?
It goes back 50 years almost to the day. I was given a birthday gift, a 35 millimeter film camera which was quite something back in those days. After the initial few years of photographing anything, I moved into black and white photography where I was developing and processing my own prints. I found a local art shop that was happy to sell my prints and I made some sales which really harnessed my interest. I studied art and graphic design at college and moved in to graphic design and advertising.
