Small Rig Tool

Have you ever been out in the field and needed to tighten a tripod place or adjust the tension on a tripod or any other devices and come up short without a tool to do so. I know I have and I had been looking for the proper solution for a long time.

My Small Rig Tool
My Small Rig Tool

I will publish PXL Shorts on a regular basis. These are not long articles but brief articles with photos or videos to share little things that I use or have come across that you may find interesting and helpful. I have a ton of things that I will share and I hope you like the concept and the things I share.

The Small Rig tool fills a need for me. I have purchased a few of these tools and now have put one in each of my camera bags, the camera closet at home and tool box at the studio. I am reminded often that this has been a worthwhile investment when I need an allen wrench or screwdriver.

The price is reasonable, at around $21.00. I love the little bag and the hard zipper case that comes with this tool. I highly recommend this tool for each of your camera bags and even the car. There is also a place on the handle where you can keep some extra screws that are sometimes needed for tripods and cameras.

You can purchase this toolset on AMAZON or SMALL RIG.

Photography is my passion and has been for 45 plus years. My career in photography has allowed me to travel the world, meet some of the most interesting people on the planet and see things I could never have dreamed of. My goal is to share the passion of pictures taking through photographs and teaching with as many people as I can hoping it brings them as much joy and happiness as it has me. I do this through Rockhopper Workshops and other projects as well as teaching at my Gallery in Indianapolis.
