As you may have heard by now, I am now an Artist In Residence at the Indianapolis Art Center.  This amazing facility is an undiscovered gem, and I invite you to visit the Art Center on Friday, February 3, 2023, from 5-8 PM for the 85th Annual Student Show.  I can’t begin to describe the number of amazing pieces created by the students of the Art Center.  There are paintings, drawings, 3D and 2D designs, photographs, and mixed media.

It’s part of the monthly First Friday event in Indianapolis, where galleries open their doors for the community to visit and hopefully support artists by purchasing a piece of art.

My wife Debra and I will be there and hope to see you if you are in the area.  I am working out of the Digital Imaging Studio, and it will be open so you can visit and see what I have been up to and what I have planned.  And, while you are at, take a look at the other courses both in Digital Imaging as well as the other arts that the Art Center offers.

I think you will agree when you visit that the Indianapolis Art Center, it will be high on your list for frequent visits as well as maybe a chance to enhance your artistic skills.  I think you will find the student’s work on display as good motivation.

Debra and I hope to see you there.

Location: Indianapolis Art Center, 820 E 67th St. Indianapolis, IN 46220

Photography is my passion and has been for 45 plus years. My career in photography has allowed me to travel the world, meet some of the most interesting people on the planet and see things I could never have dreamed of. My goal is to share the passion of pictures taking through photographs and teaching with as many people as I can hoping it brings them as much joy and happiness as it has me. I do this through Rockhopper Workshops and other projects as well as teaching at my Gallery in Indianapolis.
