How it Works

Everyone that purchases a 4-issue annual subscription toThe Luminous Landscape Video Journalas part of the $185 promotion, which includes the most recent 6 issues, is automatically entered. At the beginning of each month a semi-finalist from the preceding month will be announced. There will therefore be six semi-finalists. We will also choose one more semi-finalist from all of the eligible subscribers from the preceding six months, so everyone has two chances to win.

The Fine Print

Selection of finalists and semi-finalists will be done on a random basis, and will be supervised by a public notary. Residents of the U.S.A. and Canada must accept the prizes as awarded.

If the winner resides outside of the U.S.A. or Canada he or she may elect to receive a cash prize of $2,500, alternative to the camera and lens.

If the winner resides outside of the U.S. or Canada he or she may elect to receive a cash prize of $2,500, alternative to attending this private workshop.

Scheduling of the workshop will be on the basis of mutually convenient dates, and shall occur during 2004.

Air fare to the U.S. from any country other than Canada isnotincluded and will be the winner’s responsibility.

Semifinalists and the winner agree to allow their names to be published on theLuminous Landscapeweb site in association with the Draw promotion.

Everyone who purchased a $185 subscription since June 1, 2003 — even prior to the announcement of this promotion, has been automatically entered to win.
