Write For Us . . .

For more than 14 years Luminous-Landscape has been a source for photographers around the world providing articles, tutorials, essays and videos on all aspects of photographic art.  Unlike other sites that rely on press releases and reviews, we rely on original material provided by many contributors from around the globe.  We are all about sharing and we would be happy to discuss an opportunity to have you write for us.  You can get a pretty good idea of the kind of articles we publish by reviewing our previous published articles.  Articles do not have to be long and actually do better if short and concise.  Of course images play an important part and would be a big part of any article published.

Published articles will also help you.  Luminous-Landscape has a large readership of over 1.2 million visitors a month.  Your article will get a lot of views and will be available in our archives.  In your article you can provide a link back to your web site and contact information.

If you are interested in contributing an article pleasecontact Kevin Raber.  We accept Word or Pages documents.  Images should be 800 pixels on the long edge at 72 ppi. JEPG.  Make sure in your article you indicate where images are to be inserted and that your images are identified with the same names as show in the submitted text.

Very often we have a a number of articles in the queue.  When we have your article ready to publish we will send you a link for your approval.

We also have a number of photographers that are regular contributors.  If you are interested in being a contributor then please contact me and we can set you up with direct links into our web editor  where you can set up your articles.

We also will publish How To Videos.  If you have a video that you would like us to consider then please send a link and we will review it and determine if it will work with our system as well as for length and content.

Thank You and I hope you consider writing for us.

Photography is my passion and has been for 45 plus years. My career in photography has allowed me to travel the world, meet some of the most interesting people on the planet and see things I could never have dreamed of. My goal is to share the passion of pictures taking through photographs and teaching with as many people as I can hoping it brings them as much joy and happiness as it has me. I do this through Rockhopper Workshops and other projects as well as teaching at my Gallery in Indianapolis.
