Palouse PODAS Workshop

In the southeast corner of Washington state lies one of the most fascinating landscapes in the continental US. It’s calledThe Palouse. It’s not a national park, not does it have any clearly defined borders. It’s a region of rolling hills, big open skies and fields of wheat and other crops that stretch past the horizon.

From August 24 – 29, 2011, Phase One will be conducting a photographic workshop in the Palouse. Here is an opportunity to shoot with world famous photographerArt Wolfe andLuminous LandscapepublisherMichael Reichmannfor five days in a most remarkable location. We will be visiting the Palouse at harvest time where golden fields of wheat will contrast beautifully with big open skies and puffy clouds.

Since this workshop is being offered by Phase One, each participant will be provided with a just-released IQ160 60 Megapixel back, a Phase One DF camera body, and a 75– 150mm lens. Other lenses from 28mm – 300mm will be available to participants.

This is the only field workshop that Michael Reichmann will be participating in during 2011.
